Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TIBA mobile application and website (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download and use the TIBA application for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display;
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the TIBA application;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by TIBA at any time.

The TIBA application provides drug and disease information for reference purposes only. The content within the application is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. TIBA and its creators are not responsible or liable for any action taken, legal issue, or consequence resulting from the use of the information provided in the application, including AI-generated responses and recommendations. Users are solely responsible for verifying all information and complying with local laws and regulations.

AI-Specific Disclaimer: The AI chat feature provides automated responses based on available data and machine learning models. These responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Healthcare professionals must always validate AI responses against current medical literature, local protocols, and their professional expertise before making clinical decisions.

AI Chat Feature Terms

The TIBA application includes an AI-powered chat feature that provides drug information and clinical guidance. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI Responses: The AI provides information for reference purposes only and should not replace professional medical judgment or consultation with healthcare providers.
  • Data Collection: Your chat interactions may be collected, stored, and analyzed to improve the AI system's accuracy and performance.
  • Training Data: We may use anonymized chat conversations to train and improve our AI models, ensuring better service for all healthcare professionals.
  • User Feedback: Feedback you provide about AI responses may be used to enhance the system's accuracy and clinical relevance.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses. Always verify information through official medical sources.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Our Services and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TIBA and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Egypt and foreign countries.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TIBA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
  • Any content obtained from the Services; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

TIBA and its creators are not responsible for any legal, clinical, or regulatory consequences arising from the use or misuse of the app or its content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and for verifying all information before use.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
